Goat Rodeo Farm Awareness Dinner Shines Light on RESPECTAgZone

Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy, a member of the RESPECTAgZone coalition, hosted an awareness dinner to support the campaign advocating for sustainable agriculture and fair treatment of farmers in Indiana Township’s Agricultural Zone.

The event showcased local goat cheese and highlighted how pipeline routes and proposed high-power transmission lines threaten farmland, businesses, and recreation areas. RESPECTAgZone is urging Duquesne Light to choose an alternate route along the Pennsylvania Turnpike that uses existing rights-of-way to protect over 1,000 acres of farmland.
