ACE Program Volunteers Engage Legislators on Environmental Issues

After the 2017 election, Brian Polilli felt compelled to get involved in the democratic process to address environmental issues. Concerned about relaxed standards and climate change, he joined PennFuture’s Advocates for Conservation and the Environment (ACE) program.

The ACE program provided guidance and an outlet for volunteers like Polilli to meet with elected officials and advocate for stronger environmental protections, empowering citizens to engage directly with policymakers and make their voices heard.
