Meet Kelsey Krepps: PennFuture's New Western Pennsylvania Outreach Coordinator

Hello, my name is Kelsey Krepps and I’m thrilled to return to my home state of Pennsylvania as PennFuture’s Western Pennsylvania outreach coordinator. As a kid I thought being “green” meant picking up litter on the way to the ice cream stand; over the years I realized that real environmental stewardship means advocating for clean air and water, protecting open spaces, and standing up to polluters.

In this role I’ll be connecting communities across western Pennsylvania with the issues that matter most — from shale gas development and pipeline safety to protecting our rivers and forests. I’m eager to partner with local advocates and organizations to elevate their voices, build grassroots power, and push our elected officials to act.
