A native of Ohio, Randall K. Cline worked more than thirty years as CEO of three Girl Scouts U.S.A. councils covering territories in four states. After retiring, he spent five years as a national consultant, assisting in the mergers of more than thirty Girl Scout councils across the country. He has been recognized by the United Way of the Capital Region (Harrisburg) with the Frank Grady Professional Award for his leadership of non-profit organizations.
Randy has fifty plus years of service to the Boy Scouts of America: as Northeast Region Commissioner, member of the Northeast Region Executive Board, Area President, Chair of the Order of the Arrow’s first National Strategic Plan and countless other national, regional and local positions. He has been recognized by the Boy Scouts of America with the Silver Buffalo Award and honored as a Distinguished Eagle Scout. Randy and his wife, MaryAnne, reside near the Conodoguinet Creek in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, where he continues efforts to make the world a better place.
