Do you live near a factory farm?

The links below lead to program information intended to serve as a resource for citizens who live near large-scale livestock operations in Pennsylvania. They review the regulatory framework that pertains to factory farms, basic information about how regulatory processes work and opportunities for citizen involvement in shaping those processes.
